That ray of light..

Imagine walking down a road at night.

It’s all dark and there’s no sign of light.

All alone you are.

There are no street lights.

Your mobile is dead.

It starts raining heavily.

You can see lightning in the sky.

You can’t even see what’s in front of you because of the darkness.

No sign of light is there.

You are scared.

You are walking very slowly.

Then out of nowhere you see a ray of light and it covered you.

It covered you and only you.

You were so sure that it was just meant for you.

That it was sent for you.

Just you.

It gave you warmness.

Now you are no longer in the thunderstorm because you have a shield of light ray around you.

You smiled after a long time.

Now you are walking on normal pace.

Now you can see things in your way because of the light.

But after walking a few miles, that light suddenly disappears.

You start looking around to find it.

There it is.

You can see it going away from you.

Far and far away it goes.

You try to catch it but you fail.

Now you are more devastated than you were before.

HE WAS MY RAY OF LIGHT.
